Terms of Entry
Welcome to the Warehouse of Art Supplies
To ensure a safe, pleasant, and fair shopping environment for all visitors — and to help us stay open, serve our local customers, reduce theft, and minimise product damage — the following Terms of Entry apply to everyone entering these premises.
1. Bags and Personal Belongings
No bags are permitted inside the store. Please leave your bag in your vehicle or with a shop assistant for safekeeping.
The management accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
2. Product Testing
Testing or sampling of any art materials — including brushes, coloured pencils, pastels, paints, or other items — is not permitted.
This policy helps us maintain product quality and fairness for all customers.
Please ask a shop assistant if you require product information or assistance.
3. Children and Supervision
Children are warmly welcomed; however, they must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Running, playing, or handling products without permission is not allowed.
We ask that you inform your children of these rules before entering the store.
4. Upstairs Access and Safety Notice
The art shop is located upstairs. Stairs may present a risk to persons with mobility or health issues.
Please take care when using the stairs and use handrails. Entry is at your own risk.
5. Liability
By entering these premises, you acknowledge and accept that entry is at your own risk.
The management and staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from access to or use of these premises.
6. Pricing Notice
Prices displayed on product stickers, shelf labels, or wall signage may differ from current pricing.
All current net discounted prices are published on our official website and are applied to all in-store sales.
In the event of a discrepancy, the website price shall prevail.
7. Right to Refuse Entry
The management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any person who does not comply with these Terms of Entry.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Your support helps us continue providing quality art supplies to our local community.
If you want, I can also make an even shorter, “customer-friendly” version to post on a sign at your entrance that’s easier to read quickly.
Do you want me to do that?
