Except for single piece stretched canvas order, or multiple single piece of various sizes stretched canvas orders, Art Supplies Australia requires customers to contact them for shipping quotes. Art Supplies Australia will then cost up your order's size and weight, and provide you with a cost effective shipping charge quote.

Returns & Refund Policy
ArtSuppliesAustralia.com.au will replace or refund any goods that arrives at its destination faulty or damaged. Customer must contact us with 7 days after the order reaches its destination. Claims for damages, incorrect or short delivered goods will not be recoganised unless we are notified within 7 days after the delivery date.
To return any item for any reason the customer must arrange for return postage. ArtSuppliesAustralia.com.au will refund the cost of normal post for any return where ArtSuppliesAustralia.com.au was at fault.
ArtSuppliesAustralia.com.au will issue a refund or a credit note for any damaged item within 7 days of purchase as long as the purchased is returned in its original condition including its packaging.
Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refunded for incorrect choice, and are to be returned to our warehouse at the customer's cost and risk. 10% re-stock fee will be charged. Please choose carefully.
