Before checking out and paying make sure ALL details are correct (eg: colour, quantities, address, email address, mobile number and etc.) We cannot change anything once the order is completed. It goes through a fast-paced environment. All orders received will mostly be dispatched within 24 hours except made to order paints & mediums in a large size (e.g.: 4 Lt, 10 L& 25 Lt) also custom canvas & frames. All orders are processed based on order sequence. The express postage will not affect the process time but delivery time. If the item is out of stock, you will receive an email no later than the working day after your order, confirming the estimated shipping date. Once the item is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email with a tracking number and website for tracking.

All items purchased from www.artsuppliesaustralia.com.au (owned by Art Supplies Wholesale Pty Ltd) are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss/damage and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

Shipping Charges & Shipping Quotes

Freight cost is automatically added to your order. Except for single piece stretched canvas order, or multiple single piece of various sizes stretched canvas orders, Art Supplies Australia requires customers to contact them for shipping quotes. Art Supplies Australia will then cost up your order's size and weight, and provide you with a cost effective shipping charge quote. If the shipping calculator of our website had some unexpected technical issues and customers would receive either too high or too low shipping quotes, Art Supplies Australia deserved the rights to re-quote the shipping or cancel the orders.

Returns & Refund Policy

ArtSuppliesAustralia.com.au will replace or refund any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Customers must contact us within 7 days after the order reaches its destination. Claims for damages, incorrect, or short-delivered goods will not be recognized unless we are notified within 7 days after the delivery date.

To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return postage. ArtSuppliesAustralia.com.au will refund the cost of normal post for any return where ArtSuppliesAustralia.com.au was at fault. Additionally, for cancellation of a free shipping order, the actual shipping cost we paid will be deducted, along with a 10% restocking fee for order processing, packing, and restocking.

For items with free shipping purchased and shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is liable for all shipping costs, including return and reshipping fees.

ArtSuppliesAustralia.com.au will issue a refund or a credit note for any damaged item within 7 days of purchase as long as the purchase is returned in its original condition, including its packaging.

Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refunded for incorrect choices, and are to be returned to our warehouse at the customer's cost and risk. Please choose carefully.
