Refund policy
ArtSuppliesAustralia.com.au will replace or refund any goods that arrive faulty or damaged. Customers must contact us within 7 days after the order reaches its destination. Claims for damages, incorrect items, or short deliveries will not be recognized unless we are notified within 7 days of the delivery date. Customers are required to provide images of the damaged goods, including pictures of the opened package(s) containing all the shipped items, as evidence due to the nature of online transactions.
ArtSuppliesAustralia.com.au is not responsible for goods lost or damaged due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
To return an item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return postage. ArtSuppliesAustralia.com.au will refund the cost of normal postage for returns where we are at fault.
We will issue a refund or a credit note for any damaged item within 7 days of purchase, as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including its packaging.
Delivery and handling charges on returns are non-refundable for incorrect choices, and returned items must be sent back to our warehouse at the customer's cost and risk. A 10% restocking fee will be charged. Please choose carefully.
