Kuretake Gansai Tambi Watercolour Sets

Kuretake Gansai paints are a pleasure to work with. The paint is creamy and smooth allowing good opaque coverage. It also works fantastically as a wash, building subtle layers. The paints mix well with other watercolour brands. The tray they come in is compact and easy to travel with. And you can buy single replacements which are very affordable. My only gripe would be that they aren't available in tubes, they only come in pans. Other then that I can't fault them.

Excellent quality paints for the price with nice vibrant colours. The pearl-white, silver and gold were an unexpected bonus.
