Canson XL range was specifically developed to meet the needs of art students. As they use large quantities of paper, the XL range features tough pads. XL also provides them with an opportunity to try out different textures and base weights according to their personal tastes and the technique involved.
Canson XL Drawing is a universal 160 gsm drawing paper can be used with any medium: pencil, pastel, charcoal, pen. It features a special surface formulation that ensures clean erasing and exceptional performances. Its fine-grained surface is neither too smooth nor to rough.
For added functionality, the pads feature micro-perforated sheets, allowing students to cleanly tear off, hand in, or frame their artwork without damaging their sketches.
