Pleasing quality and value for money easel

I was very impressed with the quality of the Luca French Box Easel when it arrived. It came assembled, so there was no time lost in assembling it. The easel is mostly solid wood with some ply parts. The metal hardware looks solid enough to withstand travel wear. There were no instructions included on how to best unpack and deploy the easel but it wasn’t difficult to do. It will be easier with practice. Otherwise I’m very happy I bought it and it will be very useful to paint plein air or to travel in the car with. I bought it on sale and the reduced price provided the value for money. I wouldn’t have bought it if it wasn’t discounted.

Really great value!

Very impressed by the construction and design, with two good storage sections. It is reasonably portable, and I am enjoying using it for watercolour work - I like the adjustable easle for managing water/paint movement!
