Review your quote. Once you’re happy to proceed, our team will explain how to complete payment and arrange dispatch.
New Zealand shipping is quoted separately. Australian free shipping offers and domestic shipping promotions do not apply to New Zealand orders.

Can every product be shipped to New Zealand?
Availability depends on the product and carrier. Some materials, including aerosols, solvents and flammable products, may be restricted. Large or heavy items need individual assessment. Send us your list so we can confirm what can be included.

Your quote depends on the contents, packed dimensions, weight and delivery location. Include your full address and any rural delivery details so we can check the available options.
How long will delivery take?
We’ll provide the available delivery estimate with your quote. Timing depends on stock availability, the shipping service and destination. Tell us if you have a deadline before confirming your order.
Can schools and organisations request a quote?
Yes. New Zealand schools, teachers, studios and arts organisations are welcome to enquire. Include your organisation name, quantities and delivery requirements.
What currency will my quote use?
Our store’s base currency is Australian dollars (AUD). The currency and order total will be identified on your quote before you proceed.
What about import charges or product requirements?
Ask our team to clarify what is included in your quote before paying. Any destination requirements and applicable charges should be checked for your specific order.
