These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Warehouse of Art Supplies website (www.artsuppliesaustralia.com.au), your purchases from us, and your entry into our retail premises.

4. Payment
Website payments do not attract a surcharge.
A 0.8% surcharge applies to credit and debit card payments made over the phone or at our retail store to recover merchant processing costs.
5. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

an order breaches these Terms & Conditions.
If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped throughout Australia.
Risk in goods passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Bags
Large bags, backpacks and similar personal belongings are not permitted inside the store. Customers may leave bags with a staff member or securely in their vehicle.
Warehouse of Art Supplies accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Product Testing
Testing or sampling of brushes, paints, pencils, markers, pastels or any other merchandise is not permitted unless authorised by staff.
Children
Children are welcome but must remain under adult supervision at all times.
Running, climbing or handling products without supervision is not permitted.
Stair Access
Our retail store is located upstairs.
Customers should take appropriate care when using the stairs and handrails.
12. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse entry, refuse service or remove any person whose behaviour:
