Description
Dug straight from the ground in South Australia, this 100% natural terracotta-coloured, non-toxic, air-dry clay has a high degree of plasticity, ideal for hand building.
It is an excellent modelling material for pottery artists, students and kids alike.
The shrinkage when dried is 10%. Ideal firing temperature 1050°C-1100°C. Fires 1000°C pink (under field or bisque), 1090°C deep red, 1150°C starting to go brown
Can also be left air-dried.
Please do not leave the unfinished product outside plastic the bag, seal the bag and store it in a cool/shady place.
