Love the stiffness of this brush - so useful in my watercolour work. And the long handle is really handy.

Sadly artsupplies fail to support their customers. They claim that I made an error in my order of a rather expensive roll of watercolour paper. This may be correct but as a longstanding and loyal customer I would have thought that they would allow a swap/return strategy, especially as the packaging has not been opened and I offered to cover the transport costs and/or return it myself. The artsupplies response was to reiterate the problem and not allow a return/swap. I am repeating my problem mirroring their response. Sad all round from my perspective. Find a solution is my request.
