I only use acrylic paints infrequently in my hobby - my previous supplies I purchased included Chromacryl (purchased probably about 20 years ago) as well as smaller tubes of other brands purchased at various crafty sections of dept stores. When it came to needing to use them again, the 20 yr old opened Chromacryl products were still all good whereas the other brands had settled separating color from other fluid as well as being lumpy - endless stirring etc did not fix so they were simply not worth using. They have all been stored together and in identical conditions. Therefore, to restock I naturally chose the Chromacryl brand as it had proven itself to me as being superior not only in colors but also in shelf life. Even more satisfying, todays price for a 1 litre bottle from Art Supplies Australia was a few cents Cheaper than the price I paid for 2 x 500ml bottles 20 years ago ! Not only is it a quality product but is about the only item I have noticed to escape today's inflation.
My purchase was mail order and each of the caps were securely taped to prevent leakage and wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent any potentially damaging movement within the box. Thank you Art Supplies Australia.
