Description

Golden Gesso prepares your painting surface with an acrylic ground that gives paint something to grip. Use it on canvas, panels and other suitable surfaces before acrylic or oil painting.

Features and uses

  • Ready to use, waterborne acrylic ground.
  • Creates tooth to support paint adhesion.
  • Can be mixed with acrylic colours to make tinted grounds.
  • Flexible when applied in thin coats.

How to use

Stir before use and apply thin, even coats, allowing each coat to dry. Prepare oil painting supports according to Golden's guidance, including the required coat build. Intended for indoor artwork.
