Description

Golden Pastel Ground creates a textured acrylic surface that grips pastel and chalk. It lets you prepare canvas and other suitable supports with a tooth similar to pastel paper.

Features and uses

  • Acrylic ground for pastel and chalk applications.
  • Can be tinted with acrylic colours to create a coloured ground.
  • Mix with compatible pumice gels when a rougher texture is needed.

How to use

Apply to a suitable prepared support and allow it to dry before using pastel. Test the texture and colour on a sample so the finished ground suits your drawing technique.
