Description
LUCA Heavy Duty Pine Stretcher Bars provide rigid support for building custom stretched canvas frames.
Made from solid pine, each bar has a substantial 37 × 37 mm profile suitable for medium and large canvas frames. The tongue and groove corner joints allow the bars to fit together without permanent fasteners.
A dado cut centre supports a traditional cross bracing system, helping compatible braces meet flush at the centre of larger frames. Wooden tightening wedges are included for adjusting the completed frame.
Each selected size contains one pair of stretcher bars. Two pairs are required to construct one complete rectangular or square frame.
