Description
Speedball Photo Emulsion Remover is specially formulated to remove photo emulsion from screen printing screens, allowing screens to be cleaned, reclaimed and reused for future designs.
Ideal for use with Speedball Diazo Photo Emulsion, this remover helps break down used emulsion so it can be washed away from the screen mesh. It is an essential screen printing studio product for artists, students, schools and printmakers who want to reuse their screens for multiple projects.

How to Use
- Remove any remaining screen printing ink and clean the screen.
- Apply Photo Emulsion Remover to both sides of the screen.
- Allow the remover to soak into the emulsion for approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
- Scrub both sides thoroughly using a soft bristle brush until the emulsion begins to dissolve.
- Rinse the screen thoroughly with a strong spray of water to remove the loosened emulsion.
- Wash the screen again if required and allow it to dry completely before reuse.
For best results, reclaim screens as soon as possible after use. Photo emulsion that is left on a screen for an extended period can become more difficult to remove.
